My lets lose a stone before my holidays Food Diary - help required!!

Hello!

So I joined SW last Thursday and have been doing well since my weigh-in then. I've been a SW member before but I always get bored really easily as I'm too lazy to be inventive with my cooking! I'm hoping that this time will be different, I weighed in last Thursday night at my highest weight I've ever been, not very impressed with myself.

I really need everyone's help to get me through this. I'm hoping to lose a stone before my holiday at the end of May (I fly on May 31st I can't wait!!!).

So as from today I'm going to start putting my food diary on here and hope that you can all get behind me and help me with new ideas to try and keep my laziness for food prep at bay :D

I'll start with yesterdays food diary:

Sunday 12th April 2015


HEX:
A - 250ml semi skimmed milk (though I didn't use it all)
B - 2 Hi-Fi Light Bars

Breakfast:
Eggs (omlette made with water)
Bacon
Spaghetti in tomato sauce

Lunch:
:( missed lunch as had to rush my guinea pig to the vets!!
Had a Hi-Fi bar when i got home, was too close to Dinner for anything else

Dinner:
Lean Beef pieces
Beef Oxo Cube
Carrots
Leeks
Cabbage
Broccoli
Mangetout
Greenbeans
2 Aunt Bessies Yorkshire Pudding Batters = 4 syns (very impressed with this!)

Enjoyed the above by cooking the beef in a slow cooker with the oxo cube a few of the carrots and some water.

Snacks after Dinner:
1 Hi-Fi Light Bar
Muller light toffe yoghurt
Highlights hot chocolate = 2 syns
Freddo bar = 5 syns

Total Syns for the day = 11
