Can someone please just check to make sure this is OK for an EE day today? Still cant get my head round it and it seems too good to be true!

4th February 2011 - EE

- 1 pear. 1 apple and a strawberry activia snackpot.

Lunch - SW Spicey pepper and tomato soup. Batchlors Cheese, Leek and Ham Pasta in Sauce (1)

Dinner - Spag Bowl - EL beef mince, onions, mushrooms, tinned tomatos, beef oxo cube, salt, pepper and pasta.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltrs of water with NAS squash. 1 Fibre Plus Bar (B).

Total Syns - 1

Obviously I will have more syns, probably a Kitkat or Curleywurly or something along them lines.
