Here's my menus for this week - Extra Easy plan
TUESDAY - BEEF CASSEROLE - slowcooker
WEDNESDAY - COD, CHIPS & PEAS
THURSDAY - PORK CASSEROLE
FRIDAY - GAMMON, EGG, CHIPS & BEANS
SATURDAY - KORMA STYLE VEG DAHL
SUNDAY - DIET COKE TURKEY & QUICK RISOTTO
MONDAY - JACKET POTATO WITH TIN MEAN BEANZ
Also the new recipe I'll be trying out is a PUDDING - Gooseberry Fool - 1 syn per portion
What do you think...?
Any meals that don't have 1/3 superfree foods within it will be followed by superfree fruit to ensure balance
