My Mexico Mission!

Hi all,

I'm going on holiday in 5 weeks and 5 days and really need to get slimmer before I go or else I will hate being on the beach!

Currently I'm 10st8lbs and would just like to lose as much as possible before I go! I don't want to set unrealistic targets as this is new to me so I don't know what to expect!

I'm on day 1 and have had a chocolate shake for breakfast (yummy) and chilli con carne for lunch - quite tasty! I do feel hungry but I am drinking my water and have lots of plans to keep my mind occupied, e.g. a hot bath, do lots of washing and ironing, paint my nails, read a book! I can get through day 1! That's my mini goal anyway!

Can't wait to see what the scales say this time next week!

I'll be updating every so often to keep me on track ;)

im on day 1 as well . not new to this , i am cold too day been outside helping my husband fix a motorcycle ,
just trying to keep busy for the first 3 to 4 days as they are the worst un till ketosis kicks in . after that its easy
