thanks everyone! :) felt i need to be organised tbh! at least then if i skipped a week everyone will be like BUT WHAT ABOUT SO AND SO DATE!!! haha :p will make me feel bad! :) so no matter what a gain, loss or sts i will report back :) hehe

feel free to steal the idea! just makes me look forward to the different months then especially with my own mini targets above each one also to keep me going :) xxx
 
i'm VERY nervous to be standing on those scales tomorrow!!! haha gonna be fun! :p at least i know how much i've gained teehee :D

How did you do on the 1st of Feb hun?
 
If i remember correctly i lost 2lbs to take me to 11st 6lbs lightest ive been, but since then i havent WI im pretty fed up atm bit all over the place and ive given up bread which is making me eat everything else in stead v strange! so not gonna weigh self for a while until i feel better lol :) thanks though for checking in :) hope your doing well xxx
