sorry forgot to add i would start now but got 65th birthday party to go to tonight and a christening tomorrow and dont want to restrict myself :rolleyes:

well like i said two parties before i start cc on monday and 1 down 1 to go and boy have i got a hang over:eek: last party is a christening this afternoon so that should be sweet looking forward to monday now.

hi, well i finally started today been fairly good went 11kcals over although i've been using my fitness pal and sometimes it didnt match the calories stated on the packet so i could be under.
breakfast- fruit, kiwi,apples,oranges.
lunch-x2 slices of wholemeal and peanut butter + fruit and single cream
dinner-x2 potato waffles, 1/2 can of beans and x2 quorn sauages.
x2 squares of 85% dark chocolate.
x3 mikados.
x2 rich teas
i'm having about 1200.

Hi everyone and thanks decemberbride2008 today i've had -
Breakfast- ready brek and an apricot
Lunch- x2 burgens linseed and soya bread with x2 slices of tesco wafer thin ham and salad leaves, marg and ex light mayo. shape zero yoghurt.
apple. coco rocks 30g dry and 37g malteasers.
Dinner- x2 chicken drummers 345kcal and salad leaves.
all came to 1211.

When did you finish doing SW?
Hi sorry cant really remember when i finished sw i'm awful:eek: and tend to swap diet plans quite alot i bore very easily i no i need to lose but just cant settle down properly i did ww quite recently and have just posted a thread on cc main forum page questioning points and calories need to bang my head on the wall lol:D
