My New Beginning!!

Well I've bitten the bullet today and decided to start Slimming World 100% - I'm going on holiday on the 20th July and whilst I won't be anywhere near goal, I could certainly shift a fair amount of timber before I go!!

So..... So far today I've had:

Bfast:

Fruit Salad (grapes, melon, banana, apple & raspberries)
Muller Light Vanilla Yogurt

Lunch:
Sw quiche (hea cheese)
Mugshots

I'll update later on - going to sit and do some planning now, need to really focus and do this otherwise I'm going to be sat poolside in July crying into my cocktail!
