    2 tesco roast salmon fillets in sweet chilli (unsure of syns)
    pea shoot & Radish salad

    2 slices of burgen bread with 2 EL laughing cow cheese triangles

    SYNS- whatever salmon was

    Can I just make a suggestion hun, you dont seem to be eating much....You really should be having all of you HEXA and HEXB and 10-15 syns a day xx

    Not good, but better than drinking cider & eating the whole buffet...

    carrot & chilli hm soup

    finn crisps with marmite (12 syns)

    2 slices Burgen bread with sliced ham (2 HEb)


    will be red again today, just preparing a roast chicken with thyme, lemon & garlic...

    was far too much alcohol.... drinking until 6 in the morning oops... mainly bacardi & diet coke tho'
