Cruise PP My other half bought lean pork mince...

The Dukan UK-based website waffles on the use of pork - first they said no, then they said yes to pork tenderloin on occasion, now they are saying no to pork again. Just today in my tesco I saw some lean pork mince 7%. Never had it, but this is confusing to me too as he says it's ok to have beef mince up to 10% fat.
Sorry, I know I offered no help. Maybe just to be on the safe side cook something for hubby with it? :)

Strictly, it's not allowed but I have bought myself some 8% fat pork mince this week, just to ring the changes.

I'd probably eat it! It's still low fat and a one off I'm sure wont matter x

Use it to make the cheesburger pie LOL, bet it tastes so nice. Also meatballs or burgers, or patties with grated veggies in it, or bolognaise or meatloaf.
