Hey I'm back!

Today is my new official start, so will be a Tuesday weigher.

New diary, but not new to s&s, just very bad at willpower!

Have piddled about for the last 2 weeks and gone down 2 lbs, no worse than I would've done on ww's.....

Anyway my plan is:

3 packs a day and a meal,

20 mins of zumba 5 days a week

and

30 mins of pilates 5 days a week,

Plus lots of fluids

I'm not into exercise at all, but need to do some for my own good and tone up!

Take it day by day and try to not obsess over the scales!

Really need to get control of myself x

Anyone that wants to keep in touch help each other along, say hi, add me as a friend etc x
