As anyone been watching secret eaters on ch 4 I am the picker between meals this is one thing I'm 100% changing when I start my diet I'm going to start it officially july 1 st I then will have 21 days till info away then I will be back August 8 th and restarting my diet then I'm
So disappointed in my self for the 3 stone gain !!! So far I rekon it b nearer to 3.5 x

Ah I wanted to watch that forgot it was on DH watching pirates of Caribbean!
Make sure you give yourself a few days directly after birth you do need it to recover before you start, I started when he was 10 days I needed that few days though to get back into night feeds etc xx
