    I have my thoughts and feelings diary over at http://www.minimins.com/weight-loss-diary/144319-yoyo-no-mo.html I've going to use this one to track my points so I can keep a tight reign on what I eat so I stick to it 100% hopefully it'll also teach me new things and break my bad habit of no breakfast and late dinners.
