Hi I've only just found out so think I'm about 4 weeks - very excited but I'm trying to not put on too much weight as I want to ensure I don't make things worse for baby or me! I was doing 5:2 but ur not allowed to do it when pregnant so it's back to slimming world. I don't mind it but I find I eat too much on it. So how r u getting on?x
Slimming world is great for pregnancy apparently
I'm not bad thanks, sts weight this week so gonna try hard to lose something by next week lol xx

5pm slice of toast with cheese and a banana
8pm chicken creme freice with pasta and garlic potatoes
9pm 6 strawberry bom boms
Up early this morning after going to bed at 10pm last night. Lovely day nice and sunny.
2 x sausages, 2 x bacon, 1 x toast, 1 x egg, red sauce and coffee
Coffee and 2 leftover sausages
Roast chicken, potatoes, mixed veg and gravy
Apple crumble and custard
Not counting syns today but hopefully this is healthy enough. Will try to fit in a walk for some exercise.
Exercise should be illegal on a Sunday lol xx

10am half a pancake with butter
12pm pasta, broccoli and chicken bake
I have a salad in the fridge for dinner but hopefully going to go swimming tonight so will try and leave it until I come home
