currently weighing in at 14.st05lbs .. have never gone over 14st in my life - so quite a shock .. i think i have put on around 10lbs and being 18 weeks pg is a poor excuse so am today starting sw food optimising - would appreciate any advice, tips and support from other pg sw ladies .. my goal is to try an maintain my weight and NOT go over 14.st7lbs by 40 weeks .. am i being realistic? im just assuming if i put on average 0.5-1lbs baby weight a week from now on and lose about the same, will somehow be able to keep weight under reasonable control until im able to tackle it properly once baby has arrived!
i'll be weighing in on a monday and will post results here

Hi hun, congratulations on the pregnancy first of all. I'm sure you'll do brilliantly on SW. I don't know much about how much you can lose whilst being pg, however, if you look nearer the top of the forum the is a page for pregnant mums (not that you're not welcome here). Good luck. x
