my progress

Hiya. Been on my new healthy eating plan almost 6 weeks and I've lost 1 stone 6.5lbs :) really determined this time. Just thought id share. Not far from my target. Another stone to go

The only exercise I've been doing is walking and using my wii fit. Seems to be working. I'm on Scottish slimmers which reduces your calories, allowing you checks. Find it's the best one I've tried. Yeah it's a great feeling. Hope it continues :)
