    Hi,
    Don't know where to start or what to say but here gos,
    I've found this site a couple of weeks ago and found that there are people like me and feel the same as me and i feel i can say what I'm feeling rather then trimming the edges off as I'm always talking to slim people that don't understand me.
    i have been big all though my 20's and now in my 30's and don't want to spend the rest of my life being big and JUST LOOKING at all the nice clothes i want to wear and not doing things with my girls as I'm scared I'll break things/wont fit physically cant do etc, and I'll like to feel the sexy wife again:eek:
    now I'm hoping i have found my best friends (this site, you all:D) and will be able to get down the scale and get some place where I'm happy cause at the top end of these scale don't feel good :sigh:.
    I've got a big holiday coming up and want to be a good lot slimmer as i feel i missed out on all the photos of my Orlando holiday as i felt to fat and didn't want to be in them and now i think Ive missed out on the memories we could of had, if you know what i mean! so my aim is to get slimmer and feel good about my self not only for the holiday (but it would be good) but for myself and feel good for the rest of my life (being slim)
    Fingers crossed and and off i go:)

    I get to post on your diary first, yay! Good idea to start one, try writing down here everything you eat and I mean EVERYTHING to help you see what you are doing right/wrong. Write in the brand names and exactly how much you have, it will help if you have a blip to go back and see what you were doing. Good luck with your journey and remember, one small step at a time.

    Hi

    I just started my diary last week, its great to type out any worries, and joys. Keep posting, someone will always reply!

    I totally know where you are coming from, I've now reached the stage where I feel strangers are staring and judging me and I think twice about sitting on flimsy furniture :eek: I also hide from cameras and mirrrors :rolleyes:

    Wow a holiday to barbados :D How fantastic is that???? and a wonderful incentive. If you lost a pound a week for a year, you would be almost 4 stone lighter this time next year!
    I'm off to disneyland, Paris in October and want to get into the photos with my small son, rather than hiding from the camera!
    I've been to Orlando 10 years ago, isn't it brilliant? I was 6 stone lighter then, but still felt the heat a bit uncomfortable because of my size... but the holiday was the best ever.

    You can do this, we both can. You will look and feel a whole lot better by the time your holiday is due, stick with us, keep posting and stay focused on that beach in Barbados :cool:

    A hungry day

    thank u all so much and i just love posting as it really does keep me focused,
    today 3/05/10 has been hard but only cause my daughter woke me up at 5am and i didn't go back to sleep so i got up at 6am and i think because i ate earlier I'm feeling hungry now i have gone over my points today but only by half a point and it was an apple (wow:D) and now I'm going to have a skinny cow hot choc just to shut my tummy up:D and if that don't work I'm off to bed i don't want to eat as I'm only going into my 2Nd week and want to try as hard as i can so i can look back over a this month and hopefully see double figures for my weight loss hoping for 2lbs a week fingers crossed:)

    I too go to bed early to avoid the hunger pangs :rolleyes:

    well im feeling so chuffed with my self as it my weight in day tomorrow and i do feel like i have lost weight, im chuff as well as i have stuck to my diet and just cant wait to get on those scales,
    like i have said before i have never got back down the scales with any of the diets i have done, but this time it feel different and i think its cause i have this site to talk too, i have not told anyone I'm on a diet as i have told people so many time before and never got anywhere, so this time its between me and minimins lol
    don't know at the moment but I'm only coming to the end of my first two weeks but I'm finding it quit easy to cope with my diet, every weekend i have had something that could push me on to the nought road but i have not been tempted, today we had my daughter b-day party at a ball pit and the food their served was chips, pizza,sausages,nuggets mmm it did look good but i did not want to eat it i was thinking what meal deal i could buy from boots and keep my points down, well enough from me and my rubbish but i just needed to share this as i have no-one else to share it with, thanks for taking the time to read this speak soon:)

    yippee I've just weighed myself and 3lbs 3/4 I've lost I'm so happy and i should make my may target of 8lbs, all so can anyone help me i have put in my tracker that i now weight 333.4lbs is this rite to show the 3/4 pounds

    yey down another 2lbs pounds, 8lbs in total in three weeks cant wait to hit the stone mark I'm so pleased with myself as by now in the pass i would have lost the motivation ;)

    feeling down

    I've have found dieting this time round easy up till now, i had a uncle die last Friday and all last week i was driving 2 hours a day to see him but i was watching what i was eating and mange to lose 2lbs but since Monday i have not stopped eating i think i have kept to my points but i feel I'm in a bit of a bler, i have been eating crap for my points, i have weight myself and it says Ive stayed the same but now we are getting closer to weigh in day I'm worried i will have put on, so i have logged in to see if i can get back on track as i find this site really helps when i log on and read how well everyone is doing it makes me feel i can do it too.
    sorry for moaning but just feel angry with my self if i have put on this week Grrr:wave_cry:
