Hi everyone, I've just come back from my weigh in at Boots - with a skip in my step - 6lbs lost this week. Wayhay, that's a stone gone in 2 weeks, I can hardly believe it. To celebrate I've had a vanilla shake with a spoonful of de-caff coffee in - I sure know how to push the boat out, lol. It was delish though if you haven't tried it, give it a whirl. Gonna try updating my tracker now.
