    Hi I'm Alona I'm 33 engaged with 6 kids. I weigh 12st 2 now and would liketo be 9st for my wedding next march.
    My weight loss has been very up and down so I'm gonna start a diary to keep me on the straight and narrow.
    Sunday may 1st
    Pp 29
    Breakfast
    Crusty cob 4pp
    Laughing cow extra light cheese triangle 0pp
    Ham 1pp
    Mullalight smoothie with fruit below 2pp
    Banana,3grapes,2 strawberries

    Lunch
    Barbecue:-/
    Chicken 8pp
    Sausage 4pp
    Salad 0pp
    Cob 4pp

    23pp used already so it's gonna be a very light tea tonight

    29 dailys used 1 weekly but I have earned 10 activity points today :)

    Well that went out the window! Went to my friends birthday party and had 3 sangria's and a red wine :-/ and they were all about the equivalent of three glasses each on points! Then I had a tuna mayo cob, a choc finger, a sausage roll and a slice of quiche

    Bless ya, i find it hard to eat at other ppls houses too, maybe just use your weeklies on the little extras you have had ... and just carry on as if all is good :rolleyes: xxxx

    Yep I think I'm just gonna say all my weeklies are gone then try and be really good tomorrow and wednesday before wi on thur morning. I did manage to leave just as they were cutting the cake tho as my partner had to go work

    Wow, that was a close one eh ... one piece of cake leads to another ...... i bet youll be fine at weigh in, esp if you dont go over your dailys now ... plus i noticed you had earnt some activity points too so you had prob earnt the right to scoff at a party :rolleyes::cool::cool: xxxx

    Yes I don't normally have that many activity points, il be happy just to sts this wk as iv had a bad wk.
    This is why I decided to start a diary on here to keep me in check!
    Im Really motivated this time I just keep slipping

    Yeah its hard sometimes not to slip tho, but thats whats good about ww's ... it allows for the blips so you can carry on .... good luck for your weigh in ... i bet youll be pleasantly suprised ... every single week im always tellin myself if i stay the same, its better than gaining, so if i loose then its smiley faces all round :cool:

    Tuesday may 3rd
    It's been hard today cuz it's been a mad rush getting everything ready for the kids going back to school, then I had to rush the cat to the vets

    Breakfast
    Mullalight 2pp
    Strawberries, grapes, banana and a kiwi 0pp
    Peppermint tea 0pp

    Lunch
    200g salmon 6pp
    Veg 0pp
    200g potato boiled 4pp

    Tea
    Chicken breast 4pp
    Veg 0pp
    Gravy 2pp

    I know il get wrong off my leader on thurs if I don't Lose weight! She always tells me it's the wks where I don't eat enough that I put on or I don't lose :-/

    Tea an asda Chinese banquet meal shared equally with oh, I thought this was really good on points
