    Breakfast 2 weetabix n milk healthy extra a b and a Pear
    Afternoon snack another pear
    Dinner Ham and chicken salad weight watchers yogurt and a handful of grapes
    Snack velvet crunch crisps 4 syns apple
    Tea sw chips stir fried beef sugar snap peas baby sweetcorn and mouge tout
    Supper weight watchers yogurt
    4 syns today

    Sunday dinner roast potatoes parsnips and carrots chicken broccoli and boiled carrots gravy 3 syns
    Supper cheese and tomatoes on toast
