Hi there,

I'm currently, as of weigh in at my first ever SW session, 12.7 and a 1/2 st.

Day three. Is a bit confusing,. It doesn't help that I keep getting a gnawing pain in my stomach which I used to relieve by eating but can't really do that now I'm trying to be conscious of what I eat... I know the feeling isn't hunger. Just don't know what it is!

Been filling up on diet drinks the last few days... Not the healthiest but if it helps me...

I had a tiny portion of oats and soya milk this morning, with 2 tsp choc chips and a banana. I don't really like porridge so ate only the chocolate really!

Also had a fruit snack, melon, mango, watermelon.

Coffee, and a can of tropical zero drink. And now a fizzy Vimeo zero.

I had a small baked potato with tuna and extra light mayo for lunch.

Now to figure out Dinner...
