My speed food diary for this week

So I thought it would be easier if I kept a food diary this week, my aim is to eat as many speed or SS foods as possible & have a go at success express on a couple of days.

Tuesday:
Breakfast - One Weetabix with skimmed milk from my allowance & loads of chopped strawberries (ss)

Lunch - 4 Scan Bran(ff) with cottage cheese, cucumber (s) & tomato (s)

Dinner - Mushroom(s) pasta from the SW magazine

Supper - 5 Scan Bran (ff) with cottage cheese, cucumber (s) & tomato (s)

Snacks - Apples (s), plums (s), strawberries (ss)

Drinks - 3 black coffees & 2 litres water

Wednesday:

Breakfast - 1 Weetabix with skimmed milk from allowance & fresh strawberries (ss) & raspberries (s?)

Lunch - 4 Scan Bran (ff) with cottage cheese, cucumber (s) & tomatoes (s)

Dinner - SW Recipe Syn free Quorn Cannelloni with a HEX Mozzarella choice with SW Lemon Mousse (syn free) for dessert

Snacks - Apples (s), Strawberries (ss) Plums (s)
2 Alpen Light bars

4 scan bran (ff) with cottage cheese, cucumber (s) & tomato (s)

Mullerlight with choc sprinkles

2 Alpen light bars

SW Recipe Pork Tikka with rocket salad, cucumber (s) & tomato (s)

Strawberries (ss) & plums
 
Bloosy hell with the scan bran and looking at your diary you will prob get an amazing weight loss this week.
