    Well today is the first day back on the wagon, I have 13 weeks until I'm heading off to Asia for 10 weeks with a few friends for a placement at a children's hospital. We're going travelling too so I don't want to be a big cow on the beaches of Thailand!

    I have 29 points a day to spend and I'm using a C25K app on my ipod to help me exercise :)
