Soooo here I am......starting a weight loss/diet diary. I'm hoping it will keep me on track and help me gain a perfect wedding body.

I actually tried my wedding dress on today and I like how I look now and I know I just need to tone up. So I'm not too worried about the numbers on the scale. I want inches!!

So I have been doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution 90 day plan. Along with some runs here and there and a few games of tennis or cycling.

So I am planning tomorrows menu as a success express day.

Breakfast
Superfree - Banana, Grated Apple
Porridge (B) Almond milk (A)

Lunch
Superfree - Spring onion, beetroot, peppers, green beans, garlic
Free - Wholemeal couscous

Dinner
Superfree - Broccoli, Carrots, butternut squash mash, lemon
Free - Fish

Snacks
3 x Black pepper ryvita (B)
Cream cheese (A)
Apple
Alpen Strawberry & Yogurt (7)
