My success so far....

Hey,

Well ive been attempting to lose weight for over 3 months now but over the last 4 weeks I have really started taking this seriously and have seen some results. I have joined a gym and taken advice from a fitness trainer and together we set a goal of 8lbs weight loss in a month however I have achieved this in 3 weeks so really pleased. I will keep you informed on further progress and pass on tips.
