Hi all

I used to weigh 8.5stone a year ago until I went on the pill, I put on a stone and a half in 3 months, I have tried the intense exercise but it's not for me. I have read a lot on the forum about the amazing weight loss achievements on replacement meal shakes etc and want to give it a try. I have a goal date to work for which is 06 August 2012 to least a stone. Or a stone and a half. I'm going on holiday to Barcelona then so want to fit in my clothes. From other sites i have always gotten the " low calorie diets are crap and will make you put weight back on blah blah blah" I know I don't have that much to lose but I don't feel happy at this weight.

Age: 25
Starting Weight:10stone 1lbs
Goal weight:8st 5lbs
Height: 5ft 3"

I know not a lot of folks are doing this particular diet but I need to keep up the motivation and would really love support and inspiration from you guys. I have decided to keep a diary as it seems to help others to do so. I will start the diet tommorow and update as often as I can, and do my weigh ins once a week. God this post is long!!
