Well...hiphip hooray! I have finally managed to drink a whole 4 ltrs of water today. it wasnt too hard, i just bought some of the 2ltr basics 12p fizzy water from tesco and have drank two today. One in work and the other at home this evening. I really feel good about that and today is also the first wholeday I have had without having a single nibble! so its true - although i am told that the constant need to pee does subside, but it really stops me from feeling hungry!

    Yay :)

i think soda water is a diruetic (sorry cant speel for toffee!) due to the sodim bicarbonate in it. think andrews salts (old remedy for trapped wind and constipation)
