My total weight loss!!

Hello Girls and Guys

My total weight loss is now two stone since the 30th June. I cannot believe it! I still have 5 more stone to lose so I am going to keep going strong.

Thank you everyone for their support. I am pleased I have got this far. I am on refeed at the minute and loving it!

Fingers crossed I can achieve what I have set out to do!
