My very first weigh in.....

Hi,
Just to say that i lost 11 lbs !!!!! i'm so chuffed! my pharmacist said he even noticed a difference in me.
Also a note for Pizzle i tried the chicken soup tonight and it was lovely, did it just how fattothin suggested!
Anyway thanks to everyone for posting on the forum i always read them and find the inspirational and funny!
