    I lost another 4lbs this week, in total I have lost 2stone in four weeks! Literally so so happy and proud of myself :)


    Weight loss to date:
    Week 1: 13lbs
    Week 2: 6lbs
    Week 3: 5lbs
    Week 4: 4lbs

    Total : 2 stone!

    Thanks! Honestly just stick to the plan and you can't go wrong! Remember to drinking loads of water, I was drinking about 5 litres a day. The more you drink, the more you shrink!
