    Im just going to Edit the first post...

    I have a real problem of wanting and doing weighing in every day..

    Take official Weight on Monday, after my day off to give a fair representation

    Start-17 Stone 7 pounds --------245
    Week 1- 16 Stone 13 pounds-----237
    Week 2- 16 Stone 8 pounds------232
    Week 3- 16 Stone 6 pounds------230

    Happy enough with that, had a tough week, and found it hard to get motivation to have proper hard workouts...

    Ok back on diet tomorrow after spring break, will report in the morning the weight...I have been eating crap and drinking loads, but hopefully it wont be too bad
