i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !
hiya ,
i am on day 3 of ee and am already struggling dont know if i am doing it right could you help ? okay here goes

breakfast ; weetabixand milk (hexa &B) muller light
break: hi fi (syned 6)
lunch :spaghetti, apple, muller light
break: banana
dinner: chicken fillet, couscous(half portion)brocoli and califlower
fruit and muller light .
Syns : culy wurly Mini 3.5
ginger nut 2.5
tomato ketchup:1

have i got this right ? thanks x

that looks good to me, :)have a look up in the daily menu section loads of ideas as some other ladies only do extra easy i am still getting used to it myself
