my weight loss and food dairy!!!

Thought i would use this to keep track of my food and also how i am doing!!

Day 4!!
Strawberry shake
Banana
Choco shake
Tayto onion rings crisps
Bbq chicken and chips
 
Day 6!
Strawberry shake
Banana
Soup and 1 slice of bread
Half a thin crust cheese pizza

30mins exercise!!

Had lunch with the girls today so choose soup to have instead of my shake!! Hope i havent done to much damage!! Lol
