My weight loss and learning to love myself again journey

Hi,

I'm a 32yr old mum of 4. I have 3 boys of 14, 12 & 11 months and a daughter of 8. I'm currently doing a computer science degree with th OU as I'm a stay at home mum right now. Me and my partner have been together for 11 years.

I'm starting this diary as after having baby number 4 on January 2013, I was at my heaviest at 15 stone. When I gave birth, I worked really hard to lose the weight even though I had spd and was in a huge amount of pain I pushed through and in august I got down to 11st 5lb. After that I just sort of gave up due to stresses of life and my weightloss stalled and basically now I'm at 12st 1.4lb.

I'm fed up of hating myself and feeling unsexy and disgusting. I'm fed up with making excuses about what I eat too. I have a goal weight of 9st 5lb and I'm determined to get there. I want to get to goal by the summer so I can actually enjoy it and not hide in baggy clothes hating myself. Since having baby number 4 I have lost so much confidence so this is also about claiming that confidence back. I got my hair done today which has made me feel a bit better about myself. I intend to spend more a bit more time on myself although it's hard when you have 4 kids!

I think keeping this diary and writing down what I eat will keep me motivated. I'm going to be following WW old style point system though as it worked for me before and I find it easy.

Today I've had:

Breakfast
Tea with semi skimmed milk & one sugar

Toast with low fat spread & marmite

Lunch

A wholemeal marmite sandwich with low fat spread
A small packet of tesco potato rings
A cup of tea with semi skimmed milk and one sugar

Dinner
A portion of tesco breaded cod
A portion of tesco Slim fries
Dollop of tomato sauce

Not worked out the points yet so will come back to this later but I'm allowed 21 points.
