My weight loss diary

Hi folks. I'm new, but I've lurked here since I started Weight Watchers.

I started WW three weeks ago
Starting Weight - 20 st 9.5lbs
Week one- 2.5lbs down
Week two - 3lbs down
Week three- 3 lbs down - got my first silver 7

Feeling really good about this as I turn 30 this year and have been overweight all of my life. I saw myself in the mirror one day after a shower and just felt so tired of being overweight.

This is the most substantial weight loss I can remember and I'm finding the propoints scheme very manageable.....granted, I've eaten more fruit in the last three weeks than I had in the last 3 months!!

Have to say I've found the forum a big help, especially when it came to calculating points

This is my 5th week now, get good weeks and bad...but i still think positive.
