Thought I'd try help myself a bit more and others by starting a diary.

I've been doing weight watchers for 8 weeks and lost 13.5lb, was gutted last week when I found I was only half a pound away from losing a stone but hey ho life goes on :)
Please can you all let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

Breakfast: 30g coco pops 3pp 120ml skimmed milk 1pp

Lunch: out to pub as its Friday... Chicken and bacon salad no dressing or croutons 11pp

Dinner: Weight watchers crestless quiche 7pp and salad 0pp


Snacks: satsumas x 2 0pp

Drank 3 50cl bottles of water, 3 coffees, 2 glasses of squash

I have 4pp left and may have a curly surly 3pp or a weight watchers dessert 5pp

I've not really felt like eating this week been really tired and a little bit stressed at work so not eaten any weekly points and one eve I think I had 6pp daily points left

I think I've got my head back on today and really going to go for it next week

Weigh in day tomorrow :)

Today was weigh in day and I lost 1lb that's taken me just over the stone barrier so here's looking forward to the nest stone :) I like to work in half stones though so it doesn't feel quite so far to go!!

Breakfast: coco pops 30g 3pp
Skimmed milk 142ml 1pp

Lunch: 2x WW whole meal pitta breads (only because I did hubby one and he didn't want it) 5pp
50g wafer thin ham 1pp
Mixed salad 0pp
WW salad cream style dressing 0pp

Dinner: 2x Tesco light choices Cumberland sausages 4pp
Mashed potato 2 60g scoops 2pp
150g baked beans 3pp

Snacks satsuma 0pp
Nectarine 0pp
Mini Jamie dodgers 2pp

Small 1 scoop banana ice cream cone not sure of pp but due to size I gave it 3pp

2 x coffee
3 x green tea
1 glass squash
2 x glasses water

Exercise: took doggies for a walk approx 30mins

All in all I think a good day but maybe not drank enough though

Good start to the week.......fingers crossed

Shopping tomorrow for holiday so lots of walking then, going to use my pedometer if I can work it out lol

Sunday

Been shopping today bought some nice shorts and a skirt. I haven't worn shorts or a skirt in years :)

Breakfast coco pops 3pp
Skimmed milk 1pp
Banana
Coffee
Green tea

Lunch had a meal out at TGI Fridays ( wasn't fussed about going but rest of family did so I was out voted)
Checked online for points and opted for steak strips and fries with some veg hubby had half of my fries I seemed to have loads and couldn't eat them anyway. 26pp
Diet coke 0pp

Dinner WW whole meal pitta bread 3pp salad 0pp 18g wafer thin ham 0pp
Hot sugar free black currant
Strawberries

Mint tea
2 x glasses of squash

Used 7 weekly points today...........don't normally use them!!


Now that's the weekend over so be good all week, I want to lose minimum 7lb before end of August

I try not to worry about, my weeklies but I do

Just put some size 16 clothes on eBay I've never ever worn such a shame

Aw that's a shame about the clothes but the money can go towards some new clothes! I used to worry bout using the weeklies but don't anymore.

Another busy day at work but went to the cinema to see batman (cheap night Tuesday's only £5 :)

Lunch chicken salad sandwich 8pp

Dinner
WW quiche 7pp
Salad 0pp

WW yogurt 1pp

4 left as forgot to take curly surly to cinema arghhhh
 
Wednesday

Exercise:4pp earned. Good old dog walking lol
 
Lol dog walking is my main thing :0) yay to cheap Tuesday's at the cinema,hope you enjoyed the film.Waa at forgetting your curly Wurly though!

Aww bless you, maybe if you write it we can help you and it may help you think about what your eating. Eat and point what you enjoy though or you'll give up!
