My weight loss journey log with diet chef,

Here's my log out my diet chef, food diaries
About about me, I have done various other diets including VLCD all though there hard work the weight just goes back on when eating properly again, so here I am with 2 stone to lose and my diet chef at my side ready to kick my body into shape... I will be logging daily with my updates and what did Ive eaten, I'm doing 1000cals per day wish me luck

Day 1 (Yesterday)
Breakfast - DC luxury muesli, and 100ml semi skimmed milk
Lunch - DC chocolate shake (not overly keen, did fill me though!)
Dinner - DC pasta Bolognese, 200g mixed broccoli and cauliflower, 100g new potatoes

Snack & Drinks
DC Stem ginger biscuits (yummy)
Cup of tea (no sugar, dash of milk)
Coke zero

First day was really good,didn't feel hungry was satisfied all day food delicious really doesn't seem like a diet x
 
Ohhh found you!!, now i can keep eye on you :D

And no!! doesnt feel like a diet.

Carry on but i would actually do more calories tbh, and have more fruit :D
