    Linz, Vicky just been on this website and inputted the ingredients for cheeseburger pie and it comes out at 688 calories and 4g of carbs. Does this sound about right? The way I worked it out when I made it, it came to 10g carbs for the whole pie. didn't realise there was so many calories in a 1/4 of the pie - scary :confused: Or am I doing something wrong as that is quite possible as well LOL x

    my pie comes out at 911 calories and 3 carbs thats for a quarter!

    Jeez, that's nearly a days calories in 1/4 of a pie - this takes my head some getting around. I've done low fat all my life, it seems so weird! :sigh: Wonder what I've missed out on mine then?

    Mine comes out at 586 cals & 7 carbs for a quarter! Bet your glad your cat had the other bit now!

    Butter chicken is also 522 cals & 5 carbs for a quarter!

    Thats why I log everything as its SO easy to be eating in excess of 2000 cals per day!

    I start with my main meal & then work around that carbs & cals wise!

    Its also a reason I cut out snacking & upped my main meals as I was using a big amount of cals on snacks that I didn't really need!

    do the calories count i thought it was just the carbs that matter

    The calories don't count it is just the carbs... I know from having done this woe before & my metabolism is very slow I have to keep a little eye on my calories too. x

    Yeah onions bumped mine up by 3 carbs!! Won't use them again!

    The onions were definiately not worth the 3 carbs per portion!

    I put garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and black pepper in mine and it was yummy!

    Have scallions less carbs Jim cos like Vicky, I really miss my onions - I could even eat a whole one :D
