I'm so confused,

I haven't done or eaten anything different, I've been really good, I've had all my veggies, nothing illegal at all, I've drank 3 litres of water per day and I've exercised every day

So why in the name of all that is holy have I gained 3 pounds this week!!!!

What's going on???

they say u should leave a day between exercise to let ur muscles ajust so pickle could be right i think muscle is 1 and a half the weight of fat or i could have made that figure up but its defo something like that

exactly the same happened to me at the same amount of weight loss.
I have been on holiday and broke the diet. I have been back for a week so wont know if I have lost any weight till Saturday.
Try not to get too frustrated and keep OFF the scales. Atkins was obviously working for you and I am sure it will kick in again.
