Naan bread

can someone tell me what syns are in naan bread please

Plan is Iceland chicken tikka, boiled rice, actifry chips and naan.

Am I right in thinking cuRry free, rice free, chips 3 as sharing with hubby and what ever syns a naan is .

I've always avoided naan breads as they will be massively high in syns (white bread and ghee - killer!). Could you go for an alternative, such as a chapatti, or even an onion bhaji, instead? They will still be quite high in syns, but lower than the white bread alternative. The best thing would be to do away with the bread altogether.

You could try this recipe for cloud bread, not the same of course but a good alternative if you add your own spices etc
