I've tried these and quite like some, but had thought they must be quite high Gl as they have lots of dates etc. but reading through some old posts, a few people mention them.....are they OK?
I'd try one and see how it affects your blood sugar. If it feels like it spikes, then avoid! I've started having Trek bars too as they're a bit higher in protein but I'll have a half for a 'normal' snack as the calories are higher.
