Hi

I just wondered if anyone knew the syn value of these bars, in particular the rhubarb and custard ones which are delicious??

Protein 2g
Carb 19g
Fat 4g
Fibre 2g

Hi,
Use the calorie content and work it out as 1 syn per 20 calories as these have no free food allowance.
