Does anyone know if I can have a Nakd bar as a healthy extra B or how many sins will be in one??

They are all natural and gluten free

The cocoa crunch ones are really good and well worth 5 syns. On offer in tesco too

Ah I see thanks lol. Depending what flavour your get they are either £1.50 or £2 for a box of 4 in tesco just now. I picked up some apple pie ones yesterday and looking forward to trying them now

Thanks for posting the syn values, @xamybopx! Delighted to see that Cocoa Crunch is 5 syns and Banana Crunch 4.5.
Wish they could be used as Healthy Extra B though - I'm on the red plan so it's much harder to fit these things in :-(
