hi all! newbie to SW following CD... i always presumed that nando's chicken would be free provided you took the skin off but thats not what the books says - help!

I'm guessing it is because of the marinade.
I do my own Nando's chicken at home (currently cooking in the oven) and the madinade is about 0.5 sins per tbsp.

although whats even weirder is that according to the book, breast meat has more sins than the leg meat!
