Lunch-fruit salad from teacup! (Melons)...muller light and batchelors low fat sweet chilli noodles

Will probably have sw chips for tea with chilli and cheese (hea) ... (Make a chilli sauce with passata,chilli beans,baked beans ,peppers and chilli powder)

Breakfast-weetabix with semi skimmed milk ha a + b and banana
Lunch- 1 piece wholemeal toast with plum tomatoes and strawberries
