    Monday 14th December 2009
    DAY ONE


    Breakfast: Chicken

    Lunch: 2 ww bread (HEB) with ham and pickle (1/2syn)

    Snack: tesco value cottage cheese, 28g cheddar (HEA), ham and chicken

    Dinner: salmon, carrot and swede mash, 28g cheddar (HEB)

    Other: mini pack haribo sweets (5 syns)

    exercise: 20mins messing around in pool - swimming and playing (at work)

    RED DAY - 2A, 2B, 5.5 SYNS

    Syn Bank: 9.5

    DAY TWO

    Breakfast: Noodle mug shot

    Lunch: quorn burger 1/2syn
    2 quorn sausages

    2 eggs (from my hens!)
    chips (just potato and fry light)

    2 (greedy cow lol) broccoli and cheese pasta n sauces
    57g Tesco HE mozarella (HEB)

    Snack:
    Left over pasta n sauce from dinner with
    3 lite babybel (HEB)

    Other: Milk, skimmed for my tassimo's (HEA)
    Walnut Whip without the manky walnut 7.5syns

    Exercise: 10 min housework dance
    25minutes circuit training
    teaching swimming 3hrs (in water 2hrs) plus 4 lengths of 25m pool as bored

    Feeling mega crappy today - really depressed. The kids are off for a snow dayand have spent all day sorting them out and cleanin/tidying and i just want to cry. Going to make a plate of syn free chips

    Feeling better today as all 3 kids gone to MIL for sleepover PHEW! Am desperately in need of this break. Just chilling out in a TIDY house arghhhhhhh bliss

    wrapped in bacon and

    brussels

    HM syn free bbq sauce (saucy secrets)

    Ham

    exercise: walk to the school for xmas crafts (10mins walk lol)

    RED DAY - 2A, 2B, 2SYNS

    WEIGH-IN WAS THIS MORNING, FULL WEEK ON PLAN!
    -4.5lb - little disspointed as expected more (usully lose 6lb first week and the extra stone went on in bout 6weeks due to some probs) but as coil removed i think it could be * week and it is xmas so have stopped teaching swimming (my very physical job!)

    Well, onwards and upwards! to week 2 (which includes xmas!!!) only probs i foresee are xmas eve (going to aunts) but will eat before and tke a couple of SW dishes. Sun after xmas - xms dinner 2 t mums. Will avoid choc etc and my offer to take the roasties and stuffing (SW of course) - i am so motivted t the moment s i m HUGE. Ordered some clothes yesterdy from asos, tesco and asda lol. Used some of left over budget from lst yr!

    Need to exercise more this week!

    NOTES: Joe's order coming today! Lots of sausages, chicken and sausage meat for xmas stuffing and bacon wrapped sausages! Saved 13 syns yesterday and going to save some today and tomorrow ready for the xmas weekend!!
