wednesday - Red
B - Omelette, made with 2 egg, Mush, spinach, bacon (fat removed) onion and 42g light cheese (HEA) 57g brown roll (HEB), L/F spread - 2S

L - Chicken, roast Veg, Grapes, Apple, Pear

D - Steak, SW wedges (198g new pots HEB), Large salad. blob EL mayo - 2S

S -Fruit Salad, Banana, Satsuma, Options hot choc - 2s. HEA - Skimmed milk for hot drinks

Syns for day - 6

Thursday 4th March - Green
B - Banana, Strawberries, blueberries, Mullerlight banana & Custard

L - Pasta, Passata, Mush, Quorn chunks, Peppers, onion. Grapes, apple

D - Quorn Burger, Brown Roll (HEB) 85G bacon (fat removed) (HEB), 42g LF Cheese (HEA), SW chips, corn cob, mushy peas. Maybe mullerlight for dessert if that lot doesnt fill me up (although it should!)

S - HEA Milk for hot drinks.

Friday 5th March - EE

B - Strawberries, blueberries, Banana, Mullerlight

L - Batchelors Savory rice, Quorn sausage, Grapes, 2 apple

D - Spag bol (made with passata, lean mince, onion, mush, Dried basil & garlic)

42g l/f cheddar (HEA), 57g Brown roll (HEB) with LF spread and garlic (like garlic bread!) side salad.

s - Skinny Latte - , Options Hot choc - 2, LF spread - 2 = 4 (+ latte when i know syns!)
