    Breakfast
    Special K red Berries with skimmed milk 3 1/2

    Snack
    WW crisps 1

    Dinner
    WW Tikka massala sauce 2
    Nan bread 3
    Prawns 2

    Snack
    WW Cake bar 1 1/2

    Total so far = 13
