Hello to everyone here
My name is Carl, I am from Essex but now live in Barcelona. A love for adventure brought me here over 3 years ago and my love for a woman has kept me here.
Over the last 3 months I have been on a journey of self discovery, challenging myself and gaining control of my life. My short term goal has been to lose the fat that has kept me from being the person I wanted to be so much. I have almost achieved this goal and am excited to begin the next chapter in my happier and healthier life!
Over the last 3 months I have been inspired by many people who are on a similar journey to me, often with much larger and more difficult obstacles in front of them. Without their continued support and help I feel my own personal challenge would have been extremely difficult.
With that in mind I have decided to join this forum to offer support, help and advice to anyone who is perhaps lacking the encouragement they would like in their "normal" life, and to see as many people reach their goals as possible.
