Helloooo

Thought I'd decide once and for all the choose between ww and sw as I'm forever switching between the two and to be honest I'm annoying myself with it all.....
So ww it is! I've thrown all my sw books away and got all my ww ones out.

I'm on 26pp a day which I do find difficult to keep to if I'm honest but this is a lifestyle change so I will try my hardest to stay to that... My weeklies will mostly be used for Friday nights..
I did try to cut meat and fish out of my diet but decided of I want meat I'll eat it....see how it goes.

Anyhow....diary will start tomorrow after I've assessed the damage this week has had on the scales...Eeeek!!
 
Weigh in was fun.... My scales kept saying error before I'd even stood on them! When I finally did it said 9st 6 which means I've put on a lb!!! Arrggghhh.
Best try my hardest before I put it all back on.

Food today

Breakfast- 30g coco pops and 125ml semi skimmed milk 5pp


Lunch- Butternut squash and carrot soup 0pp
2 boiled eggs 4pp

Wispa ice cream 3pp


Dinner- Out tonight at a Brewers fayre.....can't seem to find any points values for the food :S
Will def have to use my weeklies though.

Had smothered chicken and ice cream....
Will say all weeklies and rest of dailys

Threw the ready meal in the bin...its far too spicy!! I couldn't taste anything cause my mouth was on fire!!!

Haven't had any time to update my diary but I'm now 9st 4lb!
Been following ww still but like I said, just busy.

Well today was a bit of a funny day food wise....I started the day as I have the last week eating what I wanted and not being on any diet at all but after lunch I sat and though what the hell am I doing to myself.....putting on all the weight I've tried so hard to lose!! So straight away I worked out the propoints in everything I had eaten today and I'm really gonna try hard to stick with ww as I do think it's a great plan.

I'm going to do a small shop tomorrow hopefully as I don't have much in the way of fruit and veg in the house. Wish me luck!!!

My aims this week is-

Exercise 3 times
Eat lots of veg with meals
and not to be too hard on myself!!

Re-starting this diary!
I signed up for 3 months online yesterday so here's hoping I can finally get to target before my 29th on may.
Weighed today and I'm 9st 10!!!! Half a stone on!!! My god....hopefully I'll lose most of that on the first week.
Typical I feel quite ill today so I'm not sure about food..

200ml skimmed milk 2pp

I've just made a huge batch of the spicy lentil soup which I'm going to portion out and freeze....smells lovely.

I'm not too bothered about the chocolate...its much less than I have been eating this last week lol.

Will you be using your weeklies? I'm aiming to only use around 26..hopefully it will boost the weight loss.. x
 
naw i dont want to use the weeklies just yet! got my little ones birthday in just over a week so i might use them then lol

Aw how old will your little one be? I have 3 children.

We have tons of chocolate in this house due to Christmas...might just throw most of it away x
