Nearly run out of packs and money!

    Hey,

    I am 6ibs of my goal of 11st 7ibs and I hvae only 3 items left and am the typical broke student this month so can't afford to by any more stuff. What shall I do? I was thinking of still going carb free and calorie counting until goal.

    Is this wise? Has anyone been in this situation?

    hi , for my proper experience dont stop your diet ...
    because you going to spend the same money for your food ...
    and slowly you going to get more pounds ...and sooo quicky

    try to found an answer to buy your packs .

    i did stop my diet during 2 months and result... bad

    dont give up , and try to found with your councellor the best way .

    Hiya,

    If you are only 6lb from target you should be on the 1500 plan by now so its really time to stop unless you are doing this for nutrition.

    All you need to do is following the 1500 plan in the yellow book and then slightly increase for your maintenance.

    Good low GI low cal food will help you shift the last few pounds and maintain.

    Hi Linda,

    Really, I didn't think about that. I'll look into that. I am worried though that it will take long to drop the 6ibs. I exercise practically everyday and although I would love the carbs for the energy, is it healthy for me to finish off on a no carb/low call diet?
